Dr. Don Tran, born and raised in sunny Southern California, is the lead optometrist at GOTRAN Optometry, proudly serving the Huntington Beach community. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of California, Riverside, before pursuing his Doctorate in Optometry at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, graduating in 2015. Dr. Tran’s clinical training includes primary eye care, cataract and LASIK co-management, and advanced contact lens fittings. His externship experience spans prestigious institutions such as the Malcolm Randall VA in Gainesville, FL, Shands Eye Hospital at the University of Florida, Braverman Eye Center in Hollywood, FL, and North Miami Beach Primary Eye Clinic at NSU. With years of hands-on experience, Dr. Tran has developed a patient-first approach, offering comprehensive eye exams and tailored vision solutions.
